Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your cool new ring! If you’re not happy with something we will ride black bears with deer antlers to make things right for you. Our dedication to your happiness extends well beyond when you receive your item(s) and we are always here to help. The policies outlined below explain what happens if you have second thoughts about your order, encounter any issues, or need to make changes to your order.

Estimated Ship Dates

Most of our rings are not stock. They are hand made by artisans in the United States. Please allow 3-5 weeks for production times. In some cases we can provide an estimated ship date but it is only a best guess. Each jewelry piece is made by hand and must pass quality inspections. If it doesn't meet expectations, it will continue to get work done on it until it is ready to go which means estimated ship dates may or may not happen before or after the estimated date, give or take a few business days.

Changes or Cancellations

If you do decide to change or cancel your order and it hasn’t been processed, produced or shipped out yet, we can usually accommodate your wishes if you contact us in time. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been processed, made to order or shipped. The earlier you contact us, the more help we can provide.

  • Changes to the engraving, style, or size of your items need to be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Modifications after this time will delay production and you will incur remake fees.

  • Cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations after this time will incur a 35% restocking fee (of the original retail price) or less depending on the ring style, material, and specifications.

Size Exchanges

All size exchanges are for the same style only and do not allow for changes in ring width or other modifications.  Alternative metals cannot be resized so in most situations a new ring needs to be made. There could be be up to a 35% remake fee (of the original retail price) to produce a new ring depending on the style. Some styles can be exchanged for less. Each manufacturer and style can be estimated before purchasing. Diamonds are considered custom orders for example, and a CZ remake fee would be less and depends on the style, stone weight, etc. One policy can't cover all situations. The minimum remake, processing, and shipping costs to get a new size to you is $67 for standard, no rush processing.

  • Return the item in its original packaging (customers pay for shipping)

  • Submit a request for a return form and specify new size requirements

  • All rings must be returned before a new size can be processed with the return form in packaging

  • Customer covers shipping to return for resize/remake and can use USPS, UPS, or Fedex of their choice

  • Processing time is 2-5 weeks depending on the style (usually similar to the original production time plus a week for return processing)
  • Item should show no signs of wear and tear

You can return stock rings (not custom made or made to your configuration rings)  within 30 days of delivery, with some exclusions that apply to select styles.

  • Restocking fees are 35% of the original retail price (not purchase price).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Return items must be sent back in it's original packaging and cannot be been worn, sized, engraved, worked on by a jeweler, altered in any way or otherwise damaged or it will NOT be accepted for refund. 

  • Please allow 3 - 7 days for delivery once package is shipped or whatever estimate was given by your chosen carrier.

  • When we receive your item(s) back, your money will be refunded to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to purchase the product less any applicable fees applied toward your purchase. 
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of package receipt.

  • Organic and patterned inlay materials are unique and may not look like the photos online and is not a valid reason for returns.

NOTE: It make take the banks roughly 10 business days to completely process the refund. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable and are paid for by the customer. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Tips for Shipping Items

All items being shipped should have a printed form included that instructs the team what needs to be done. You can get this form from our team when you contact us and we will create it and send it back to you by email. You can print it and include it in your shipping package. This form also indicates the return shipping address which may not be our main office.

Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

You have the choice of of return shipping methods and carrier. U.S. Priority Mail with insurance is roughly $15. UPS 2 Day Air with insurance is usually about $30. These are only estimates and you'll need to contact another party to arrange shipping.

Tips for Returning Items

  1. Package the jewelry securely in its original box with accompanying papers.

  2. Use a cardboard shipping box and pack items with newspaper so they don’t rattle or tape to the inside

  3. You must include a copy of your invoice and/or return form from our team

  4. Do NOT send the jewelry back in an envelope. It probably will not arrive to us like this and if we do not receive the return items, we cannot issue you a refund.

  5. Please insure the package for the full value in the event that the package never arrives at the destination.

  6. Do not use the words: jewelry, jewelers, diamonds or similar words on the address label due to theft.



If your ring ever fails and breaks, or needs refinishing and touch ups, just contact us to help. All rings come with a lifetime warranty that covers structural integrity of the outer material, and a limited warranty on the inlay. Life happens and that means some blemishes over time. For a small refurbishment fee 20% of the original retail price depending on the style of the ring, we can help you get the ring fixed back up. Some exclusions apply and you will be responsible for the cost of inbound and outbound shipping. 

Titanium, Cobalt Chrome, Serinium, Zirconium, Tungsten Carbide, and Ceramic are warranted against imperfections in design, materials and workmanship.

Exclusions and Disclaimer 

All rings and items returned for resizing, repairs, or refunds will be subject to a review by our staff. Any items that are found to have been excessively damaged or altered will void this warranty and will not be accepted. Items that have been worn, sized, engraved, worked on by a jeweler, altered in any way or otherwise damaged will NOT be accepted for refund.

Zirconium rings with engravings and custom rings are not eligible for size exchanges.  Special order items, engraved rings, personalized rings, duck band rings, and camo rings or anything else that would be specific in nature to the person purchasing the item cannot be refunded. Warranty also excludes loss and theft. 

If the customer refuses a delivery and it comes back to us, you will be issues a refund less the 35% restocking fee (of the original retail price) and the actual cost for shipping and handling incurred during the process.


General Shipping

  • All orders over $99 shipping within the contiguous USA are free

  • Generally, orders are processed within one to two business days and ship between 5 days to 3 weeks depending on  manufacturing times

  • Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number

  • Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us.

  • Generally we will ship all orders via UPS. We reserve the right to use any carrier.

Non-Contiguous and International

Shipments To Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and International 

We are happy to ship to one of these areas but additional shipping will be charged. To see the cost to ship to one of these areas, add a product to your cart and go through the checkout process. Costs are determined by your exact location.


Special Care

Camo rings should be taken off around strong chemicals and other abrasive substances and materials. As with most jewelry we would advise to remove your ring when you plan on doing anything that may cause harm to jewelry (swimming, cleaning, etc)
